  • Canadian permanent resident status for the immigrant entrepreneur and his family (spouse and children under 22)
  • Possibility of a temporary work permit before filing the application for permanent residence
  • Fast processing time: 12 – 16 months
  • Up to 5 people can apply under this program, as owners of a single business
  • No need for net worth valuation
  • Can live anywhere in Canada except Quebec

To be eligible for the Start-up Visa Program, you must:

  • Have a qualifying business
  • Get a letter of support from a designated organization i.e. Obtain a total investment of at least CAD 200,000 from one or more designated venture capital funds; Obtain a total investment of at least CAD 75,000 from one or more Designated Angel Investors; Be admitted to one of the designated business incubator programs;
  • Language proficiency requirements: CLB 5 in English or French
  • Must have enough funds to support himself & family in Canada

Once you have your Letter of Support from Designated Organization, we apply for your Start-Up Visa Visa Work Permit & PR application
