Ontario has held its first base Ontario PNP draw after revamping its immigration intake system.

he flow of Ontario foreign worker stream under the Employer Job offer category is open to foreign citizens who have qualified job opportunities from an Ontario employer.

As long as you meet the eligibility requirements, you do not have to apply from within Canada. To qualify, you need to accumulate the equivalent of two years of work experience in a technical occupation, have a qualified job opportunity in Ontario, and plan to immigrate to the province.

If you want to apply for the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), you must register your EOI profile on the Ontario website.

After registering your profile, it will go into the EOI pool. Ontario will give you a score based on the information you submit. You get points based off of the skill level of your job offer and work experience, as well as your wage, education, official language ability, the region in which you studied or worked, and other factors.
